Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories,       manuals, and inserts included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received is damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
